Your items are created and shipped through our trusted partners. Once your order leaves production, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. Double-check your shipping details—lost items due to incorrect info are on you.

Because everything is made just for you, we don’t accept general returns.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.
